James has practiced as a CPA and Enrolled Agent for more than 45 years. He has a broad range of experience in taxes, audits, taking companies public and public reporting.He was the partner in charge of an office of a national CPA firm, it's national finance partner and auditor.
For the past 22 years he has specialized in tax issues, filings and resolution of tax problems. He has extensive experience in taxes and matters before the Internal Revenue Service and as an Enrolled Agent can represent clients at all phases preparation, audit and resolution of matters before the IRS.
Mr. Marshall also consults with clients on the going-public process and alternatives on matters from structure, pre-audit implementation, document preparation, negotiations with lawyers, underwriters, investors and lenders to estate planning for the principals of the organization.
